What is In-Place Drying?

In-place drying proceeds in three steps:
- First, as much excess water as possible is removed from the area.
- Second, the remaining water is evaporated using particular drying tools.
- Finally, the area is dehumidified and temperature controlled to prevent fungal growth and structural deterioration.
